Production Assistant (Full-Time) - OPEN

• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
• Role: Assist the Production Manager in manufacturing our unique memorial plaques and associated products
  
  
• Responsibilities:
• Operating machinery
• Measuring and marking materials
• Sanding, mixing, and finishing
• Assisting with memorial Installations
• Requirements:
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn
• Physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet
• Is reliable, self‑motivated, and maintains excellent attendance
• Can work independently and supports the team wherever needed
• Experience in manufacturing, or trades is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION SPECIALIST (Full-Time) - OPEN

• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm)
• Role: Assist with the design and production of our unique memorial products while supporting artwork preparation, customer service, administration, and day-to-day manufacturing operations.
  
  
• You’ll be involved in:
  
  • Preparing artwork in Adobe Photoshop
  • Using modern AI tools to streamline workflow
  • Operating our unique printing systems
  • Applying graphics to our products
  • Assisting customers with enquiries and sales (including opportunities to earn commission)
  • Processing orders and supporting production/admin tasks

• You’re someone who:
• Has exceptional attention to detail
• Is organised and confident managing paperwork
• Knows Adobe Photoshop inside out
• Enjoys learning new tech
• Communicates well and delivers great customer service
• Is reliable, self‑motivated, and maintains excellent attendance
• Works independently and supports the team wherever needed
• Experience in design, printing, manufacturing, or customer service is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.
